Send the driver to pick up the customer when you say. After 3 times of saying you will send I finally called the service manager. He sent the driver immediately. I was told at 7:30 it would take two hours. I finally got my car at 3:25.

Key West Kia has the best service center of all brands in the Florida Keys. They were able to get both my gauge cluster replaced under warranty and my regular maintenance done in the same day. The staff is knowledgeable and does good work.

Gene is awesome! As a mom with three little ones at the car shop, he is always so courteous and helpful from start to finish. Bringing my car to me so I could load my kiddos more easily was the icing on the cake! I know my car is safe for my family and it really feels like I am appreciated as much as I appreciate the crew at lifetime Kia!
