My car still makes the grinding sound from the double clutch in the transmission. But it does make the sound when it’s at the dealer so nothing is done about it. I seemed to have heard and experienced the exact same sound in the conditions on a service alert thingy, yet my word means nothing unless a tech heard it. I can’t even record the sound and be believed. Lame.

Brian handled my service and was great. Someone else did the final and was not so great, just sent me to the front to pay the girl he didn't go over the bill or services or say anything other than you can pay up here.

When I picked up my car from service department I paid for the brake repair done to my vehicle , the service rep didn’t ask me if I had a coupon ($25.00 off brake service)and I forgot to present it at time of payment , so I called the following and spoke with Karen and she said there was nothing she could do because the invoice was closed , Karen showed no compassion and seemed cold and uncaring , with the price of gasoline and inflation $25.00 makes a difference these days , I feel like the coupon should be warranted and I should get this savings ….. thank you for your time
