I WAS TOLD AN OIL CHANGE WAS 75 DOLLARS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOW USING SYNTHETIC OIL ONLY .But I was charged $99 ..I have a tiny kia rio there is no way an oil change should cost $99. I was told my car would be done in 45 minutes but took a hour and 15 . And for the 15 minutes my car sat in a line while it was totally done and ready for me to drive. I ALWAYS go to Matt blatt in eht or turnersville for all my service so I hope things change back to great service

Service was terrible had to go next door to Hyundai just for the manger of both service departments to make sure I was taken care of. The service guy at the desk was unaware of many things & told me that my warranty wouldn’t work because I was “out of state” He told be a bunch of foolishness so I’m lucky I already knew about my vehicle & coverage He should have asked managers or someone else for help he had me in there for over 4 hours my appointment was at 12:30 I didn’t leave until 5 because of him I give Kia of Bedford a 3/10 would not recommend.

Its not Roman's fault but thr actual d Recall. I had a recall appointment and they failed to send the correct part. Now I have ro reschedule and waste more gas. The other thing is thr battery needed replwce I was quoted 149 but then ended up laying 220.. when quoting thr price you should state that is thr cost of battery not I clud9ng thr core t And labor which if I woukd.uave known they xhsted that outrageous amount for a battery my husband could have done it for free.
