James was amazing! He helped me out so much with my scheduled maintenance and gave me valuable and honest advice for future maintenance. He went the extra mile to run my car through the car wash. I am extremely satisfied with the service he provided and I hope I can work with him next time I visit.

The last synthetic oil change I had done was substantially less money. There was a significant price increase that I was unaware of. I will likely not continue to use Kia to do my basic oil changes, etc.
