Kia has stressed my family out for the last time.We needed our car inspected and it failed due to apparently needing “tires, breaks, rotors, an alignment and the tint taken off”. Also when talked about trading, offered us $9,000. But when we took it to another dealership down the street the only thing it needed was the tint taken off and offered us $11,500 for trade. I just don’t understand why Kia insists on screwing people over or where they get their audacity from especially since they just had to replace at least 17 engines just this past fall (and took 3 months to do it due to only having one person who could do it). There’s a chance I’m missing something big since I worked retail for 8 years and have management experience but never worked in the car industry however, it has been made clear that Kia is low on respect when it comes to their customers and we won’t be back for any business.

The issue that they said they resolved doesn't seem to be resolved because my check engine light came back on shortly after I left the dealership

Matthew was the very best. He was like a breath of fresh air. He knows how to treat the public. He treated us like we were his guest at home. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. I wish everyone were as nice as he is. He deserves a raise. When I come back I only want to work with Matthew. Please let him know how we feel about him.
