Katie was wonderful as always I just wasn't pleased with the fact that Kia is forcing synthetic oil changes which are expensive on us and saying we have to in order to stay in warranty. I've been doing regular for years now this being forced ????

Oscar was fantastic and he did a fantastic job advocating for me on my behalf. He is a fantastic employee and everyone at the front desk in the service department were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate your employees and if I have any major repairs needed I will go through you guys. Thank you so much and I hope you recognize them and show them some love. They deserve it !

I really enjoy going to Kia to get myboil changes there . The staff are so kind and generous and make you feel so welcomed .
And I especially loved my wash !!! They all did such a great job .

Not satisfied I believe the engine gonna take a dump it's loosing oil why,but oil lamp didn't come on engine light flashing. Car is great right now but I am still concerned cause it's the only car I have right now.
