Gene and the service team not only did a great job servicing my car, the got everything done ahead of schedule. I use my car in my work daily. Getting it back and on the road 3 days early was amazing!! Thanks to everyone involved.

Justin helped me first of all. I explained to him both of my headlights were getting moisture in them. He wrote down fog lights. I can excuse that. Then my son who worked for Kia & Justin went to speak to them. My son left on good terms with them and worked as a service writer and also sold many cars for them,as well as written up a considerable amount of extra service sales in the years he worked for them. He had taken pictures of my headlight when the moisture was in them and that still was not good enough. Now I have to try and recreate a situation to make them get moisture again. If you can not take the words of a very good former employee who clearly has a photo of the car lights then that is a problem for me. I have bought multiple car from this dealership 4 or 5 cars in the last years. If that is not loyalty on my part I dont know what is. I believe I am owed the corrective action on clearly defective part to be replaced with out question with the pics we have. I am very disappointed with the actions of this dealership in the way they are handling this issue. My next call will be to the head office of Kia. I deserve to have those defective lights replaced immediately. Its Kias problem for defective parts not mine. I hope we can get this problem resolved quickly. MARTI.F.

They couldn't find the key to the tire lock and someone called me but didn't give their name and said the phone number so fast that I had to listen to the message 4 times to get it. Also you need to get Amanda to put her car in her name the next time she is there.
