Even though he was extremely busy with another customer and on phone hold, Michael took a moment to tell me that he would assist me as soon as possible. Once he got to me, Michael completed the necessary paperwork in a friendly and professional manner even though calls continued to come in. The other customer assistants were also busy so the service desk was a continuous beehive of activity including work related conversations. Michael rose above the din and made me feel like a valued customer.

Great Friendly Dealer to come to..
The Staff at the service center were Awesome… I Got a shuttle to & from my House.,, with quick and Friendly service from their Porter Sergio..
I’ll will defiantly Return for all my service needs..

Was told it would be ready in 3 hours. It took a day. I live out of town. Luckily I had someone who could pick me up. No offer of a loaner car was given.

Called us in for service and then didn't have the parts to do the job. Wasted over 3 hours of our time. Unsatisfied.
