I dropped off my car at 0745 for an 0800 appointment for a recall. At 1300 on my way to work I noticed my van parked in the parking lot. I contacted my wife to go pick it up. My wife picked it up and advised me that I have to bring back the van on Friday the 22nd of April 2022 to have the recall parts replaced since they have to be ordered. I never received a phone call advising me that the recall parts had to be ordered and I would need to bring the van back at a later date. My van sat at the dealer all day and nothing was done to it.
