Alejandro was so helpful on the phone as well as in person. He answered my questions regarding my concerns about my car. I wish all customer service personnel were like him. He's really good at what he's doing. I hope to see him again next time I have my car serviced.

Mi carro Kia miro 2024 tiene una luz de check engine encendida y tan solo para revisarlo hay que dejar el carro por una semana, y además hacer un pago de $300 dólares por no se que, cuando supuestamente el carro está en garantía pues tiene 17,000 millas francamente no me gusta el servicio que Kia proporciona
