Your employee sold me a service I did not ask for making sound like it was the thing I asked for. Dealers get a bad rep for selling you **** you don't need never believed it until yesterday. I feel cheated and pissed off. I asked for fluids to get topped off. Fluids were fine literally only thing topped off was windshield fluid but was sold engine cleaners I never asked for. When I called it out made it seem like he did the thing I wanted not to get in trouble. Sure you got a quick buck this but I can't trust your business anymore and lost a customer. The shadiest **** I've seen a business do.

It was truly the best service received for 3 years. George was very helpful and transparent in helping customers do not overpay for anything it is not needed. He also stayed late to ensure I receive all necessary information needed. I will be requesting service to George moving forward.

I am very satisfied with my visit to Covina Kia yesterday 10/23. Michael Connelly is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional to interact with. Service time was estimated at 1 1/2 hours that it was. I'm sure all prescribed services were done as outlined.
