Franklin always greets me when I bring my Kia Soul in for service. I turn it over to him, knowing my car will receive excellent care. When the service is completed Franklin returns my car and I leave knowing my car has received the best professional care so that it continues to run with optimum performance. Thank you!

I felt that there was not enough effort put into the diagnosis of our vehicle. I am aware of the number of technicians at this dealership but that should not affect the quality of service. While picking up our vehicle, I felt rushed out the door. I will give the benefit of the doubt and bring our vehicle back again for service.

I got a oil change , tire rotation and multi point check up which includes top off. They topped off nothing. Appt time was to be 2:30pm I saw my car being driven in shop at 3:30pm. Price was $ 127.00 with no coupon discount. And two lost appointment times which I drove their for service and was turned away.

Just in January I accidentally checked the overnight box that says complete service or something of the sort and was charged a hundred something dollars I can’t remember exact. I just got an oil change that cost me 110$ I know about the oil going up but to me this was ridiculous.I’ve never paid 110$ for an oil chang not to mention I had a flat a month ago and went to change the tire,No jack nor a spare. Had to buy 2 new front tires

Matt was extremely rude and I feel, as a long term and multiple KIA buyer, that customer service is key to keeping the customer happy. Apparently he's awkward with people, at best. Perhaps his lack of social skills will develop, but his lack of knowledge about KIA is definitely a problem.

I did not have an appointment but stopped by to see if I could get an oil change for my 2016 Kia. Darby offered to rotate my tires & wash my car but I had that done before I came in. She walked me to the door of the waiting area & offered me popcorn & snacks. She said she would get my car in for the oil change right away & she did. I live in Hawkins so she offered for me to stop by & get that car wash next time I am in Longview. I enjoyed my interaction with her.
