I was treated like a star when I call in I was told that it may take a hour or 1/2 hour, however when I got there was greeted with a smile and treated with a one service. Besides that I only waited 30 minutes. Congrats to all of you and keep up the great work.

The team worked very quickly and efficiently on my vehicle. Always welcomed by Brian and Today I dealt with mainly Ashley from scheduling my appointment last month to getting me my rental and having my oil change added today. Both Ashley and Brian made sure to keep me updated on my car status and are extremely professional and helpful even when I freak out about the little things. The auto techs have worked quickly on fixing my car both times I've been in! I'm very pleased with Crowley which is why I don't mind driving the 30-40 minutes to get here!!

An alignment still needs to be performed. I was informed my vehicle is completely done and was test driven. My vehicle was returned to me by the technician that worked on it and he stated that it will still need an alignment. I will have to return the vehicle the following day because I need my vehicle to get to and from work.

We were 20 miles over the oil consumption test and very low to non existent oil marker levels after the 1000 miles and they refused to keep our car and required us to re start the process all over again. The nice service lady at the desk seemed very confuse on why when some mileage lienancy is allowed and why we got charged with a diagnostic fee upon dropping it off the first time we came in with the complaint. Something is clearly wrong and for us to have to drive off the lot with it knowing so, with no rentals since before Covid, is just terrible corporate policy and corporate driven customer service. Fast forward to my car shutting completely off on my way to go get my children and Kia telling me I have to tow it there, in this specific matter is worse. I will work with Kia and my warranty to fix this but you can ensure I will never buy another kia vehicle from Kia again.
