It was a very bad experience; it took them four hours—and I understand there was a lot of work involved (oil change, transmission and engine service, tire rotation, and alignment)—but what I didn't like was that the job wasn't done right and I had to go back. I returned because the balancing wasn't correct—and I'm still not sure if the alignment is right—and it took almost another four hours. Then, they didn't put the engine's under-cover back on properly, and it fell off. A very, very bad experience with the technicians, even though the customer service staff treated me well.

Service time way too long. 3.5 hours for oil, filter, tire rotation and routine inspection. I barely made it across town to the westside for a work meeting. I had factored in pad time and it was completely eaten up. Eric was very polite and did what he could to make it right. This is on management to not over schedule service appointments. I noticed the gentleman who checked in ahead of me suffered a similar fate.

Mike was great! I’m very grateful that he was honest with me about the multi inspect report results and he communicated with me what was urgent to fix without pressuring as I’ve experienced in the past with other service advisors. Thanks so much, Mike!!

Michael Connelly has personally, he has been there as long as I’ve brought my car for service. He has a lot of knowledge, I enjoy his company he’s polite and has humor. Very helpful with questions I’ve asked about my warranty.
