I disagree to your diagnostic test charging for the second time. We return our car with the same complain 4 weeks ago that does not solve the problem that you done and you charge again this diagnostic test again when we bring our car last week ago withe same problem that you did not solve the same problem always appearing engine light. You charged us thousand of dollars in our first visit. which does not solve the problem. Please relay this message to your manager and owner also, i want to hear from them, Advise them to send their response to the email address vnocos , thank you

Had a great experience with Eric. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I told him what I needed and the budget I had and he got my car serviced as needed and kept me within my budget. I wasn’t surprised with hidden fees or pressured into paying for service I didn’t need. From start to finish my experience was pleasant and painless. Based on my experience provided by Eric I will be taking my car back for service when needed and would definitely recommend Kia of Covina to others. Thank you Eric!

Unfortunately, I could not afford the price of fixing my automobile. I am a person with limited sources I was told I had to pay the $300 for the diagnostic check and I also chose to take my car for a second opinion George and Juliana were very professional good customer service. I most likely will look for a new car but it will not be a Kia. Thank you.

Jose was great; however, this is the 2nd time I've made an appt for a Kia recall and when I arrived for the appt the recall part was not there and I have to return to get the job finished which will waste another half day. When the appt is made the part should be available or ordered so the job can be done at the scheduled appt.
