Terrible service, didn’t get my car back till two weeks later. didn’t know and seem clueless to what’s going on, no communication with the mechanic whatsoever. Failed to give me the extension with enterprise almost charged me 100 bucks. I had to fix it on my own. He haggled with me to get a rental had to talk to the manager to finally get one. never wanna do business with Jose again

Horrible experience. I don't think this will make a difference so I'm not gonna waste my time. I'll be filing a complaint with Kia Customer Care and the Better Business Bureau.
