Our telluride has been in the shop for 2 weeks and still have not heard anything back. Also the loner we received was too for our family. We requested an SUV and never heard back. It’s been inconvenience to my family and I to be gettin around in a small compact car.

Eric was very nice and I have no complaints about his kindness and professionalism. However, when I called and spoke to the operator that transferred me to the service department I clearly stated I wanted a regular service (updates, alignment, etc) done on the car as well. When I drove off the lot the service and map update popped up on my screen. Up to this point I have been very satisfied with KIA of Covina.
