The only problem was I never received the call that my car was done. It said I was called but the call and message never came through to my phone. So I called back at 1:30 and my car had been done since 10:20.

Wish he went over more with me on details on car that what had been done I had ask when they got started while my car was in there to check everything out I had ask how long the warranty would be I just would have been more at ease if he had went over what they done

We own a sportage with numerous recalls one wich you still can't fix and another that your not doing anything about! My wife doesn't feel safe driving a car that could catch fire at any given time let alone sieze up while driving on highway due to the oil consumption issue. I paid extra at time of sale through Crowley for an extended power train warranty let alone my engine is covered for life due to a reflash of the pcm and replacing a crank sensor. All I get is a sorry bud when I still owe on this vehicle lol ......really great brand you can trust said no one every ha !
