I had gotten an oil consumption test. was told to come back for the 2nd time after 1,000 moles. after leaving the dealership, my car stalled twice and the check engine light was on. the check engine light was never on before I brought the car in for the consumption test. then I was told to immediately bring it back to the dealership so I can be looked at. then I was told they could not work on the car until at least Tuesday it was Friday at this time. I was then told that there were no loaner cars to give me until the earliest Tuesday. so now this will be the 3rd time I've had to have the car looked at with no solution.

She was absolutely wonderful. She transparent about everything that needed to be done with car and provided me with best customer service I have had in a long time from a service team. She listened to what I had to say and what I cared about with regards to my car and made sure my requests were handled perfectly. Overall, Bailey was magnificent, attentive, and genuinely cared about my experience as a customer. 11/10

I don’t think my tires were rotated yesterday. I have one wheel on the front passenger side that had some of the finish coming off and was faded. This morning “the next day” I noticed the wheel with the bad finish was still on the front passenger side. This wheel should have been on the back after a rotation, but it was in the same location as before my service.
