He provided fantastic customer service and as always, the entire service department is phenomenal. Even after my 24,000 for free oil changes, I plan on still coming to Kia for all services because the customer service can’t be beat.

DeQuincy is very personal. He cares about his customer's issues. He make sure that you get your vehicle back in a timely manner. It's also cleaned as well. He does a tremendous job ???? ???????? ????

The amount of time it took to have service done was minimal. I was surprised to be out as fast as I was. I also appreciate being updated on how long it would take to complete service. Honestly I had second thoughts about coming to the dealership for my very first oil change i’d come before for service had an appointment with another vehicle and it was an all day thing. But this time my wait time was minimum my time was respected and I appreciate the comfortable waiting area and the complementary coffee and water even though I did not partake in any it was there. And I appreciate it.

As always Gino was fabulous. My car hums like a well oiled machine! Gino even went above and beyond and delivered my car to me all washed and sparkley.
