Quincy has a great attitude and personality, I enjoyed interacting with him in person. The communication about the car was severely lacking. Calls were not returned, updates were only given when car was almost ready. Follow up is an important aspect of customer service for me and this visit lacked that follow up.

Absolutely love the people here ! Everyone is always very friendly, extremely helpful and professional! I don’t live in the area but actually drove out to this dealership because the other ones closer to me have never been very helpful or efficient. Thank you all for being so awesome! And love the car wash thanks!

Jonathan did a great job in getting my Kia worked on quickly and accurately. It went in for recall service and I was told it would take all day. My appointment was at 12:30 I was in just after 10 and out with a clean shiny car by 1:00PM.
Greatly Appreciated.

I always trust the service experience I receive with Mr. Mazzocco. He keeps me abreast of the progress on my van, and alerts me to additional service that will soon be needed. He is also knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's common problem. I'm never made to feel like I'm a nut when I vocally sound out the noise the van is making instead of giving descriptive words.
