Great customer service, always greeting the customer with a smile. Very professional, once I arrive I am immediately greeted and attended to. I live 5 minutes away from tge Pomona KIA, but I hate their customer service. This is why I drive to Covina KIA because of their great service. Thank you very much.

Although the vehicle was brought in a few times before, The team at Covina Valley Kia knew this was an inconvenience to me and made sure that this time around the issue is taken care of. Mr. Martinez was professional as usual as well as the rest of the team. That is why our family owns three Kia’s.

I want to say thank you to Kevin and the technician that worked on my car Eric Espinosa is no good because he left all my hood up and left my screws and I’m very dissatisfied

Bought car in maybe oct/Nov. Took it in April for squeeking. Thwy shaved rotors. About a week later started squeeking again. Brought back in July it was approved for new brake pads and rotor but are on back order so I still have to wait to have fixed on a brand new car! Picked up car and they couldn't even wash it. Thought a wash was free!
