Mr. Didonato is the perfect example of what customer service should be. He knew I felt anxiety about my car and he helped to ensure that my car was in great shape. Thanks Mr. D I’ll always ask for his help.

I had a recall concern; Michael didn’t provide much information to meet my concern, and seemed like he didn’t have time for me. I talked to Kevin when I called to pick up my car; he listened and explained things very well and helped me understand that my car had already been checked for the recall I was concerned about- if I was given that information early on, it would have made everything so much easier.
I don’t need you to contact me unless you need something from me; I appreciate Kevin and how he handled things and met my concerns

You let me drive away in a car that had not been fixed and left me in bodily danger as it stopped in the middle of road, Less than 1o minutes after I left Kia.
I could have been killed if someone had run into me. Totally unacceptable, and inexcusable. I am still shaking from the experience.
