They spilled oil all over when filling didn’t clean it up went all over from driving(wind/fan) and now dripping all over my driveway. Technician new he spilled the oil should have been clean properly

Oscar has been great and has kept me informed throughout the process while my car was being diagnosed. I just hope Kia honors the warranty on the continued issue of my engine's oil consumption.

Kevyn provided excellent customer service on my visit. He explained what was needed and when the car was done he thoroughly went over what was done. He brought out my car and made sure nothing from the mechanics was left inside. Made me feel welcomed.

My first visit was great. 2/4 recalls completed. Parts ordered and “I’d be squeezed in the following week.
2 full weeks passed and no word from Kevin Tran. I texted twice to the same number he’d texted me from and he claimed to have never received.
I followed up, no apology. Scheduled me for the following week “parts had come in.”
Took the the car early, about 2 hours later Kevin calls and says only 1 recall was completed as the “2nd part is on back order”. That is not what he said 2 weeks before upon scheduling me.
He says I’ll send someone once your car is done being washed.
I get shuttled back an hour later and the car hadn’t been washed!
Not only are some of the folks at this Kia snooty and downright rude, this guy is aloof and has ZERO customer service skills.
I hope to never have to return to this dealer once the 4th recall is completed.
