I was dissatisfied with this service visit because we knew what the problem with the car was on Monday and I thought that the part was in stock because a second appointment was made for Thursday. There seems to have been a misunderstanding on my part that Thursday the car would be fixed. Your service department and mechanics are great, however I feel like I wasted everyone's time because the part wasn't available.

I have had Anthony before and he is very very thorough. Answered all my questions and explained my roadside assistant and how it works. I will always ask for him when I need service. On a scale from 1 to 10 and 10 being the highest I rate him a 10+++++

THE SERVICE EXPERIENCE WAS PERFECT!!! AS ALL PAST VISITS.
GENO AND JUSTIN ARE THE BEST.
THE BREAK JOB DONE ON 8-17 WAS PERFECT. ROTORS WERE MACHINED FLAT!!!!!!! NOT ALL BREAK

FOLDER. SEE U IN 6,000 MILES FOR OIL SERVICE.
