I was nervous dropping may $65,000 car off because when I bought the car they drilled holes for license with our asking me . But, this visit was much better .

My Kia Soul is burning oil and I’m having to put in quarts of oil between oil changes and whenever I take it in to get the problem fixed they do nothing. They put it up on a rack to see if it’s leaking which I’ve told them I don’t see any leaks and that it’s obviously burning it inside somewhere. They don’t check to see if it’s the pistons, valves or whatever else could be the cause. They put another oil consumption seal on it for the second time. My car is still under warranty and I don’t understand why they can’t just go inside the engine and find what’s wrong with it. So I am very disappointed with Kia and doubt that I would be buying another Kia. My last 3 vehicles have been Kia’s since 2007 and I’ve never needed a repair using my warranty and now that I need it Kia won’t approve repairs.

Gino was great. We had to tow our Soul to your dealership and leave it there on a Saturday. We got phone calls from Gino as well as emails updating us on the progress of the car. We live about 5 hours away, so Kia Paso Robles isn't our normal service location, but we were so please with the service we received at the Paso Robles location. Thank you very much Gino.
