Took to long ! Katie was very sweet and efficient but from 10 o’clock in the morning till 5 at night was to long . Should have let me know in the morning how long it was going to take .

Adam was great! From the moment I walked through the door, I instantly felt at ease with greetings of friendly and humorous customer service, along with thoughtful hospitality. I felt we established an immediate rapport, and although I was a little bit nervous about bringing my car in without a clear picture of what the outcome would be, Adam listened to my concerns, made me feel heard, and set the expectations of communication in a way I feel I needed it. Like I said, Adam was great! The only thing I wish could have been better about my experience overall is if I had been given a loaner car to get back and forth to work while I waited to save money on uber rides. Grateful for the experience and to have my car back!

I live about 59 miles away. I will travel to your dealership fir my service anytime
The KIA dealer closer to me had ne wait three weeks for an oil change . They say they are busy. You get people right in. Thanks so much gor a well run,clean center.

Adam was helping other customers as I was waiting, patient. Adam made sure I was taken care of . So I was waiting in the lobby, Adam came over and introduce himself to me and talk a couple of minutes. I appreciate that he took the time to come over and introduce himself. I was well please that Adam came and introduce himself.
Adam came back out and let me know that my car was done.
