It’s always a pleasure dealing with the Kia dealership. Matty D is an mvp player on the Kia staff . Always goes the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction which is always a plus . Thanks you guys for providing excellent service.

The waiting area was exceptional. It was clear MBK cares about their customers. I’ve never experienced a setup anywhere close to that. Employees in the service department were very friendly with a family vibe where you could tell everyone got along and was happy where they worked.

Adam Swain was very helpful and professional at his work. Tried to help me with an issue regarding my service with the finance department. Which I appreciate. And he explained everything answered all my questions. Thanks Adam Swain. But not happy with the finance department.
