I was told that my mudflaps were in stock and ready for installation, but when I arrived they weren't. I was phoned today and advised that they are in for real this time, and I'm heading in tomorrow. Since I live in Cypress, the 2nd time better be the charm.

Oscar was very helpful and pleasant to speak with.

Arrived 20 mins before appt time. Expected to wait for more than a couple hrs. Went for hour-long walk and returned to waiting area. Ten minutes later Jonathan came told me car was ready. Experience with Jonathan was very good. Upbeat,appeared relaxed, and smiled!

Gene and Jeff have always been friendly and professional. When I bring my 2007 Kia in for service, I can depend on complete care that I can trust and that it can be completed in a timely manner. Gene Leib is kind and attentive. I am always pleased with the service I receive at lifetime Kia. I trust the service department to take care of my vehicle.

To anyone reading this, Paso Robles KIA dealership is the best dealership on the central coast! Justin was very professional, honest & took the time from his lunch to help me! I think back in the day that’s how you would treat your customers! I would tell everyone it’s worth the 45 minute drive to have great service. Everyone at the dealership are friendly & professionals. It’s the best!

Your establishment was excellent in their service. The lady that drove the shuttle took us to Pier 46 Seafood, and she was excellent. The service was very fast, got a text that they were done just as we were finishing lunch.
We are from Missouri and a lot of times we can be treated as out of towner’s who are on vacation and won’t be future customers. That was not the case with your team at Paso Robles Kia. You should be proud!

There were 3 recalls that I think should have been done prior to me buying the vehicle. Also, I am guessing the other reason for service which is a problem in the dash was present prior to me buying the car as well. If a loaner vehicle is needed, which was not offered, can that be guaranteed? I bought a new car (2023 which had 3300 miles) so I was not inconvenienced and that is exactly where I am!
