The job was quick and easy with great help by the service writers. The only thing to note is I wish the credit card surcharge would be advertised before servicing the car.

I continually have to add oil to my 2020 KIA Soul. It has been in several times for this problem

They forgot to rotate my tires. Now I need to make another trip to Paso from Oceano. Gas is so costly now.

Service manager Jeffrey, is an asset to the Kia Team. He listens,shows concern, pleasant to talk too, and very efficient. After a rotation of tires last time I had an issue of
tires/brakes- shuttering as I went down Blood Mtn. Though I haven't made that trip, I'm hoping getting my tires rotated back to orginal purchase of car, that problem is resolved.Jeff made sure tires were rotated back, with my oil change today.
