Michael is AMAZING!!! This is my 2nd time there, & he did not disappoint. He's kind, helpful, encouraging, funny, & straightforward. I've been to multiple Kia dealerships in Souhthern CA, & this is by far the best one because of Michael. He listens to me & problem solves with me in a way that is understandable. Please show him this, as it has been an honor to work with him. Until the next time.
