Was alittle deflated that they could not find the reason the car 2 days earlier had the engine light flash on and off and the car was sputtering in idle. Was told if happens again bring it back......

I was very happy with the service Jonathan provided, he answered my questions about service on my car I inquired about a service for the mileage my car is at now and he looked into it and recommended an extra service to do along with the oil change and I appreciate that. I hope I can get him again for my next service.

Adam s is an excellent communicator.
My only concern is any danger to myself or damage to my engine while driving the next 1000 miles without being able to add oil.

My son had a bubble in his car’s back tire. I had made an appointment via telephone and the earliest available appointment was this past Tuesday.
It was not very convenient for us since my son needed a car to go back to college on Sunday night. I had call many places but no one could change the tire in such short notice or no one had that particular tire.
I finally had to rent a car for 6 days and I took my son’s car myself to the Kia dealership. The young lady who welcomed me was incredible. So professional and knowledgeable. She informed me
That I could have brought the car to the quick service area. Even though I was happy to know this information, I was disappointed that the lady I had on a phone that Thursday did not give me that information. I could have saved an extra $600 in car rental
