Everyone at KOB does their very best to welcome and serve customers quickly and to listen and understand issues and needs. Anthony is a favorite and he always makes me feel like I'm around family. I cannot imagine taking my car elsewhere or buying another car anywhere else. I highly recommend KOB to anyone I speak with in need of a new or used car.

I didn't anticipate spending over $500 on a first visit on a brand new vehicle. I felt robbed. Why sale new cars if the service department rips you off?

Jeff without a doubt is the kindest, who understands your problem because he listens and gets the problem solved.I have interacted with him 3 times and honestly have found him courteous,in person & phone.I don't know Jeff personally but he is a TRUE ASSET to your Kia Team. Sincerely, Bill Carrier
