Because for the last 3 kias we have bought and brought in for service they always over inflate our tires. Even though my husband tells them not to. Other than that I could say excellent

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service Adam provided and also stated that on YELP as well. My only issue was with the car rental end of it. The rental company would debit my account with no notification of when they would do it or how much cost me $643.77 I should not have been charged. As far as KIA service I was very satisfied

Although I was addressed and checked in immediately upon arrival for my 1:00 pm appointment, I feel the hour and fifteen minutes to disconnect my trailer hitch wiring harness and to replace a burnt-out brake light was too long. But I will continue to have my KIA serviced by my friends at Lifetime KIA, Murphy, NC.
