Didn't particularly like the up charge for credit card use. Kind of felt taken advantage of. Just build into the prices. Upcharges like this are a turn-off.

$ 200 for labor to install an inexpensive part.
Part was not at KIA so had to drive my car in an undependable condition for several days.
