Lexi Hunt was very kind and attentive, she made sure that I understood what she was explained to me and she helped me very well, I understand that she is in training and is doing very well, I noticed a little nervous in her but it is logical because she wants to do well and she doesn’t want to be wrong. She has a very beautiful energy and a saw that she wants to learn and do very well. I know that very soon she will feel very proud of her for having achieved her goal of making the client feel good and serving them in the best way way because she did it with me.
I congratulate you for having Lexi Hunt working for you and thank you very much for the service today, it was excellent for me.

I have a new car from the dealership having issues. I took video of the issue in the dealership parking lot since i came all the way from cherry hill and the issue generally occurs after driving for a while and I had other video as well and since the tech was not able to make the issue happen himself he couldn’t fix it. I understand that but the fact that it needs to be driven a while to have the issue it wasn’t going to be able to be recreated. So I was told to just go to the cherry hill dealership if it happens again and low and behold it happened in the way home since it was a long drive and cherry hill won’t see me without an appointment. I understand the need for the tech to see it for the warranty but I felt I was just pushed out with no solution on my new car I purchased.
