all i need was oil and they tried to make me get a brand new engine. micheal was fake tbh. on the phone super rude but nice to your face. this kia is truly the worst. car salesman said my car needed $15k in repairs. again it needed oil, yall are liars

No need to call me, train your service dept to be more respectable, more honest and efficient. I was ignored multiple times. Regardless of what my issue was, does not excuse bad customer service.
