I was told a 3-3.5 hour wait time. I ended up waiting over 5 hours and had to remind the service team that my car was still not ready.

Erick was very patient throughout the entire process of my vehicle getting repaired. He answered my concerns promptly and provided excellent customer service. I could tell it was really busy and he never lost his cool or became rude.
