Made appointment for oil change and recall and you did not have the parts for the recall. We could have rescheduled for later if we had known that. It was a week ahead of the appt.

Matt is the best, He sold me my car with the help of Jeff and Jean. They were all super helpful and out of the Service department Jeff is fantastic. Matt has answered every call and text about my car.

I've been coming to you since 2018 and have been completely satisfied at every visit. Michael always makes me feel welcomed, and extremely helpful. He makes me feel like I'm a priority and I'm in good hands. He always has a smile and something positive to say. He is one of the reason I continue to come back.

Kia of Covina is a fraudulent company. I will never refer anybody or go back there again. I will make sure and note this on every social media! I am seeking legal advice.

Gene was very helpful and patient. I managed to get lost twice but eventually made it. He did his best to try and help me out and I eventually made it. Fortunately, you weren’t all that busy so my being late didn’t affect and other customers. I am really very happy with the service and the people at LifeTime Kia. I’ll be back anytime I need service.

Throughout my ownership of this vehicle I have almost exclusively had work completed by the staff at both Matt Blatt and RK of Vineland.
Matthew has been a patient member of the service staff guiding me through the needed repairs.
Although my vehicle is over 10 years old it still is in good operating condition due to the care of all the hard work of the Kia team over the years.

Hour and a half for a simple oil change is ridiculous and $68 is absurd won't be getting my vehicle serviced at kia anymore
