Doninique was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I had a great service experience due to her involvement. She kept me informed throughout the process, answered any questions I had and took care of everything. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great customer experience. kia of Bedford has some of the nicest staff I've ever experienced! I've been with Kia since 2016, and I've never experienced anything different. Anthony is always super warm and welcoming! And he is great at communicating with customers every step of the way!

Service writer Michael was excellent Danielle in parts and the parts manager were outstanding and Angelica at the reception desk was also very accommodating and helpful

Bad service. No attention to detail. It all starts from the top. There are no bad employees, just bad management. Keep your word and do what you say you are going to do. Don't wait until the customer catches your errors and then you want to fix the issue. Very unsatisfied.
