Emily was so upbeat told me cost upfront oil change done less than an hour Emily kept me updated let me know pay cash no added cost walk me to pay an back to my car as long as you keep cost down had 10.00 coupon I will continue to let you service my car I live 26 mile from your dealer

Due to cars being broken into- I shouldn’t have had to pay for both a window and 200 for service!! That’s not right at all. Window or service should at been at least free!
My window was broken into around November and I contacted Kia and they set me up for an appointment for January 6th, I got up there to find out that they never ordered the window. They then ordered the wrong window and I had to wait until today to get the correct window. After service they did not even wash my car.
Not satisfied at all with the service or experience of buying a Kia from Bedford. They also did not give me any security protection for my car. I should not be paying 564 dollars a month for this car.

Matt is the best service guy I’ve ever had! He helps you with everything no matter how small or big of an issue it is, he is informative and keeps you posted at all times! I enjoy dealing with him when I come there thank you

Matt was great..... Being charged extra to use a credit card is ridiculous..and is the reason I will not go to Matt blatt Kia for service ever again... Everyone is struggling, Matt blatt charging to use cc just makes it worse..
