Jose was great once I got to the desk. However, I had a 7am appointment because I had to be at work at eight. But I waited in the line of cars outside for an hour and had to pay for an uber home because the shuttle was already gone and I was already late for work. I received the video of my inspection recommending replacing my cabin and air filters and then we received a message that my car was ready. I called and asked how my car could be ready since nobody asked if I wanted the filters replaced. I was told that the message I received should’ve given me the option to approve it, but it did not. Jose then had the filters replaced in my car was ready. I called to get a shuttle pick up, but after an hour, I called back and no shuttle have been sent. The shuttle finally came and picked me up and I got my car. Overall, the service was fine, but you need to revamp your procedures.

Erick went above and beyond for us. He was very personable, patient with our questions, and made it a point to consistently update us every step of the way. We are very grateful for the exceptional service he provided to us. Kia Covina is blessed to have him on its team. Ty, Erick!

I had to wait about 30min to check in even though I had an appointment, but I understand you guys are very busy right now due to the closure of another Kia dealer. It's understandable.

I am submitting this feedback regarding my recent service experience. My vehicle was handled by service advisor Eric Perez, who sent a written message stating my vehicle was “all serviced and ready.” I relied on that confirmation and picked up the vehicle, only to immediately discover the same GPS/navigation defect remained.
The service paperwork later showed the repair was not completed and that additional software work was still required. This contradiction between what was communicated to me and what was actually done was extremely frustrating and misleading.
Since then, I have made repeated attempts to obtain clear follow-up and management assistance, with little response. I am seeking accountability, accurate communication, and proper resolution of a warranty defect that should have been handled correctly the first time.

I had two coupons and I didn’t see anything on my bill where I was credited for the coupons. The person who helped me said he used the coupons, but I think I paid exactly what I was quoted when I came in. However, if I am mistaken, I would have liked to have been shown the discount on my bill proving that the coupons were used.
