Extremely disappointing service! Matt first checked me in. First thing I say, I have an appointment at 11 for oil change & check engine light was on & disappeared. We go on to talk about warranty etc. He then asked me if I’m here for maintenance. In my head I’m thinking additional maintenance? So I say no. He asked me then what are you here for?? What’s the first thing I said when I walked in? I asked if they will top off my fluids & he asked what fluids? I state my coolant is low & he says no usually it’s washer fluid. I go on to say it says right here top off all fluids. He says they should change that. I tell him I don’t want the car wash because I have a special needs child to get back to. Tells me 2 hour wait. You want to wash my car but not top off my fluids? 2 hours go by so I go & ask Lexi can I get a time on my vehicle. Tells me they’re backed up haven’t got to it. I lost it because nobody had the decency to communicate with me. Asked me if I wanted a shuttle. Do you really think I want more inconvenience to have to come back? I will not be returning

When you tell a customer that you will call them back not once but three times and you don't follow through with your word you make everyone look bad.

Mistakes can be made but they serviced the wrong car and then I had to wait another hour and a half for my car. The only problem being I had movers waiting for me to return within a reasonable time. I arrived at KIA early for appt so my time was more than extended for service because they said it was done and then told me they serviced the wrong car. I certainly hope my car was serviced for what I came in for. Im not really happy about this...I bought the car in 2010 and never had an issue until this and unfortunatly extenuating circumstances. They gave me a voucher for a free visit next time but by that time Im sure it will be lost. I should have gotten some kind of discount but I had already paid they said it was too difficult to do. NOT HAPPY!

I was extremely satisfied with services rendered. The staff went what I would say as " above and beyond " to take care of my requests. As my vehicle ended up being there for 2 days I had previously requested loaner service as I was getting ready to go out of town for a wedding. My car came in Thur April 20 th for oil change recall work and a complete detail. I inadvertently had the wrong driver's license with me and kindly the shuttle transported me back to my home in Milmay to retrieve it. I was treated with respect and the staff was quite knowledgeable as well as professional. My car originally was to be returned completed by end of business on Thursday. I was told I would receive a call. I did not but I continued on with the transportation provided. Again I called on Friday received the service answer machine message but received no call back by close of business. Saturday we went out of town to the wedding. I called Kia while on the road to make them aware I was out of town and would not be able to return the loaner until Monday. I was told that was perfectly alright and we continued on. On Monday 4/24 I returned the vehicle to service, thanked them and picked up my vehicle. The service provided was pristine. The detail had my vehicle looking like a new car. I feel comfortable coming to Matt Bkatt Kia as a woman who knows little about my car. I don't feel like I am being taken " over" by the advisors in any way and would recommend the dealership to anyone. Currently I may be looking for another vehicle and would look to Matt Bkatt Kia first. Although it is part of good customer service for the advisors to be people friendly, they legitimately I feel deserve a bonusii
