we love the service dept @ lifetime kia. especially gene leib. couldn't ask for a more gracious and even keeled guy. i don't know any of the workers in the bays but i trust them with keeping the sorrento running

Forgot to check pressure on air pillows until I checked it out. Got there on time and had to wait because they were short staffed. Not happy and tey want to charge 7500 over mfgretail for a new telluride.
