My Experience at Kia in Paso Robles was outstanding. They were accommodating, Justin explained the diagnostic outcome to our vehicle. Justin was very courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate us since we were coming from Tulare/ Visalia. We explained the lack of assistance we received in our area, we will give Paso Robles our Business any day they truly VALUE their customers. THANK YOU KIA Paso Robles you all are the BEST our 2020 Kia Cadenza is in good hands ????

At my age I expect and have received at each visit quality service and attention to my cars needs. My KIA Soul will probably be the last car I purchase, so I feel confident in taking it to KIA Covina. The personal attention from Mr Perez,plus his helpful suggestions reminded me of old fashioned great customer service. I'll certainly be returning for my cars next servicing.
