I have always been very happy with the service at Lifetime Kia , every one seems to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable & welcomed. Jeff Cagle and Gene Leib are the best!

I called Matt on Monday morning without an appointment and was concerned about my car going through some water . Matt told me to bring the car right in and they would look at it , he made me feel much better about the situation. Matt has exceptional Customer service .

Jeff welcomed me with a “hello.” He left the door opened while waiting for me to exit. He is a very friendly man. I appreciate his friendliness. He knew my husband since we had 4 KIA's before he died and I bought the Telluride. I feel comfortable talking to him or asking questions.
