Took my 2014 kia sorento in for recall. Mike took care of that and also looked into my warranty work and has parts on backorder, now just waiting for Mike to get back to me with results of backorder.

I was very happy with how the sunroof came out and that it was done in the time they promised. There was, however, a footprint left on my light gray passenger seat. Otherwise, I’m happy.

Emily has serviced me the last couple of times I came in for maintenance. She is exceptionally friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to inform me on information about buying new tires along with and alignment. Can’t say enough about what a pleasure it is to always see her friendly face when I pull in.
