I brought in my car to get my drivers side rear door fixed. I already came in the week before to get my car serviced and to half the parts ordered for the door. I arrived an hour before the appointment and the car wasn’t done for over four hours and the entire time the car was only be examined not even repaired. It was then I found out that the parts were missed ordered which I can understand but to find out about it after more than four hours. Then there saying that I need new spark plugs. Funny how is it that I paid the week before to have my car checked up and serviced and everything thing was fine but the next week there’s issues. There was another issue but I won’t press on that but for now on if I ever go there I’ll make sure to take out all loose coins.

Jeff is congenial yet takes care of business. He always confirms the reason the vehicle has been scheduled for the appointment. He takes time to answer any questions I may have and tracks me down when my vehicle service has been completed.

Got my car back on this past Friday morning after it being up at the shop for almost a month. Drove it home to SLO, parked it and then didn’t need to use it again until Saturday. Went to start my car, all the lights came on but it just did that tick tick tick tock noise (like starter isn’t connecting) and wouldn’t start. With the service shop closed Saturdays I was up the creek. Scrambled to borrow a car again and it’s still not starting today (Sunday). All lights come on but still making that clicking noise. Super frustrated as I’ll have to call tomorrow morning at 8 and I’m sure Matt will not be thrilled to hear from me but this needs to be fixed ?????????????

Car runs much better than before with no major issues. Only slight issues are the transmission feels off, like it's jumping into gear. And the ride is much more bumpy.
