I took my car in on the 29th of April to get it serviced. The tech checked off my brakes as a yellow for needs work soon. However my brakes were already shot and needed to be repaired; however, the tech did not notice this. Two weeks and 800 miles later, my brakes are worse off and now my rotor went bad. Would have been avoided if the tech did his job correctly when I got my car maintenance. Fortunately they cut the price down for the mix, but they tried to have me pay full price and said that it was how I was driving.. I had to get a mechanic on the phone with Matt to get him to speak with his manager about the misconduct.
