Reps show little to no care of my situation, chocked up my service needs as human error when the car was manufactured and I was pretty much screwed as far as having to handle the service out of my own pocket!!!

Torey was very thorough and courteous during the entire repair process. The only issue I had was with the automated answering system. Every time I called the service dept, I was directed to send messages via text, which did not seem to reply to me.
